Back by popular demand! Join up to 20 other moms for a wonderful local hike with acclaimed Sierra Club hike leaders Patrick Colgan and Tom Taber who have led countless hikes through the Mid-Peninsula Open Space Districts, County and State Parks. Depart at 9:00 a.m. from a local meeting area (to be determined), and hike for 1-1/2 hours. Re-charge your batteries with a gourmet picnic, including delightful wines, delicious cheeses and other treats of the fall harvest. Your hike back will take about the same time. This is a wonderful chance to bond with other M-A moms or to meet new friends and enjoy a special day. As one participant from last year wrote, “The hike was gorgeous, the food was amazing and the company was terrific.”

You don't eat meat? They'll serve lamb! Delight in an authentic Greek Feast at the home of Linda and Bert Fornaciari. This incredible meal includes appetizers (bread, olives, cheeses, domathes,“saganaki,” skordalia and tzaziki), Greek Salad, Entrees (mousaka, tiropita, spanakopita), Sides (potatoes and vegetarian stew), Fruit, Dessert (baklava and galaktaboureko), and Drinks (ouzo, retsina, wine, cognac, Greek coffee).
The Feast gets even more festive with a special Greek dance troupe performance followed by Greek dance lessons! OPA!
