Chefs Zito & Folker Present Dinner for 10, Italian Style!
In the comfort of a home setting, Principal Matthew Zito and Foundation Director Cindy Folker will prepare and serve you a fabulous, 5-course Italian dinner. Whet your appetite with specialty drinks and appetizers. Then, savor a fresh arugula salad featuring pancetta, shaved parmesan and crostini. Next, our dynamic duo will treat you to homemade pasta, but save room for Osso Bucco—a favorite dish from Milan. Enjoy fabulous wines with each course and finish with a delicate tiramisu.
