It is easy to create a PayPal account for M-A on eBay and
PayPal is a quick way to pay for your items. However the Foundation
is also happy to take a check for payment.
Game Plan

Bidding
Bidding on eBay is easy too. Just remember that bids are set in increments depending on the current value of the item. For example, if the bid price is currently $10.00 and you bid $25.00, eBay places your bid at $10.00 until someone out-bids you, then eBay increases your bid automatically. Best to put in the highest price you're willing to pay and leave the bidding to eBay. You will receive an e-mail if you are out-bid.
Sign-Up Party
Some parties and events are set up for sign-ups on a per person basis. If the party sounds like fun, just sign yourself up at the per person price and you get to join in the fun. If you and a friend want to go together, then you need to buy two spots. These items tend to fill up quickly so bid right away.
Buy-A-Party
These events are set up for one bidder to buy the entire event. For example, if you are the highest bidder for a dinner for 10, it is your party to host for 9 of your friends.
Item Descriptions/Restrictions: If there is a discrepancy between what is written on the M-A or eBay website and the terms of a gift card or certificate, the terms stated on the gift card/certificate will supercede.
Unless otherwise stated in the description, all items expire within one year of the time of purchase.
Watch the Closing Times and Check Back Often
This year items will close and bidding will cease at different times. Check back often on items you have bid on, and look for new items during the week.
Victory!
When you win an item you will receive an email message with instructions for payment. Please be sure your name, address and email are accurate on your receipt. Once the Foundation has received your payment (PayPal or check), one of our happy volunteers will contact you regarding delivery of your item.
